Tea with Eleanor Roosevelt Sunday

Friends’ member, Linda Kenyon reprises her role as Eleanor Roosevelt!

Join us for an afternoon tea at a unique Solebury home for this one-woman performance.
Eleanor Roosevelt was a frequent visitor to Bucks County and a friend of Pearl Buck. Both women were advocates for social justice and equality.
Linda Kenyon is a television, stage, and film actress whose special skills include impersonations of notable women. In this one-act play, Linda embodies the character and manner of Mrs. Roosevelt bringing her to life in an engaging performance.
Ellie Seagraves, Eleanor Roosevelt’s granddaughter, praised Ms. Kenyon’s performance saying that it captures, the voice, gestures and warmth of her grandmother “What Linda does with this role is the best I’ve seen or heard any place.”
Tickets are $50 per person for members, $60 per person for non-members.
