Annual Canal Clean-up Day

Wednesday, March 18, 2026

REGISTRATION CLOSED

Saturday, April 11 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Help us give the Delaware Canal its annual spring cleaning!

The Friends of the Delaware Canal sponsor this annual event to encourage volunteers to clear trash, debris, and brush from the historic waterway and towpath that runs from Easton to Bristol, PA.

Activities will begin at 9:00 a.m. and end at noon with volunteers working along the Canal’s entire 58.9-mile length.

Below is a list of the work areas. Sections in bold type are in need of additional help. Sections in blue have a full complement of volunteers and no additional help is needed. If you can join us, please fill out the form below and we will put you in touch with the coordinator in that area.

Bring friends, too!
